Day 01 Arrival in Hongkong

Our guide will meet you outside the baggage claim area at Hongkong airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

 


Day 02 Hongkong

In the morning have a half-day Hongkong island tour. Peak tram ride to mid-level of central district then to the Victoria Peak, visit the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen, Stanley market.  Transfer to pier for taking star ferry to Kowloon side, walk along the waterfront promenade back to hotel. Lunch is on your own and the afternoon is free.(B)

Descriptions:

Victorica Peak - It is said that the most wonderful place for viewing the 'million-dollar night scene' of Hongkong is on the top of the Victoria peak. You can go along the garden road and take the cable car in front of the american consulate. It takes you no more than 8 minutes to get to the top. 
 
Repulse Bay - The Repulse bay is situated in the southern part of Hongkong island. It got its name from a battle in the 19th century when the british army repulsed attacking pirates. Now it has become a luxurious residential area for dining, relaxation and aquatic activities. Especially, it is an ideal place to have a barbecue since the racks are available on the beach.

 


Day 03 Hongkong - Macau - Hongkong

Take jetfoil to Macau. Visit the ruins of ST.Paul's Cathedral, Penha Hill, the

buddhist temple and the border-gate of China. Transfer back to Hongkong.(B+L)
  

Descriptions:
ruins of ST. Paul's Cathedral - the ruins of ST. Paul's Cathedral is said to be the most representative places of historical interest. It is actually the front wall of the ST. Paul's Cathedral which was finished in 1637. This cathedral has combined the styles of eastern architecture and of the european renaissance. In 1835, the Cathedral was burnt down in the fire, with only the 68 steps and the granite front wall. The construction cost of the wall was 1,500-kilogram (3,307 pounds or 52,911 ounces) silver. Thus it was reputed through Southeast Asia at that time.          
Penha Hill - at an elevation of 62.7 meters (208 feet), the Penha Hill lies in the southwestern part of Macau peninsula. To the west, it is next to the inner harbor; To the east it looks over the Guia hill; In the northeast, it neighbors with the south bay; and to the south it adjoins the Mage hill. The famous A-ma temple is just located at the foot of the hill. On the top of the hill stands the hall of virgin mary built in 1622 and the hall of bishop built in 1935.
